The headmaster and governors of the school should be ashamed of themselves. I keep on hoping that attitudes towards bullying will have improved in the 41 years since I was last bullied at school . However the sad truth is that in many schools it hasn't.
Schools are often more interested in maintaining a positive public image than actually tackling bullying within the school , and often go into denial mode about any such problem.

Sadly this is not the first such story and it will not be the last.

If they expelled every bully their would be no one left to teach. This story comes from my area and some of my own bullies are commenting on the story and saying how the bullies should be suspended.

Funny how they were the ones who drove me out of school for my autism and now choose to defend someone woth autism.

Essex has had these stories before and their has always been a story hidden that the papers choose to ignore
