Sigh....
They tasered him and cuffed him for not going to the doctor.
Why am I know longer surprised at batshit incidents like this?
I remember one other incident where the cops tasered a bedridden invalid person for being irate.
Well, as long as people continue to tolerate it we'll keep seeing things like this and it'll only get worse...
