Good to hear,I figure Austin will be next.We. Have two towns here that have decriminalized it,Fayetteville and Eureka Springs.Plus we now have medical marijuana legalized.It will be about a year before they issue cards.

Although I doubt this could be proven bad for the country in any definitive way, I'll just say it's VERY good for many poor people spending their lives in prison because of social arguments against this weed (a vile "argument" showing another weakness in our "Justice" system). Good on you Houston.
