According to Australian news there is a shortage of Australian men willing to donate sperm to couples unable to have their own kids

What makes this story of interest to Wrong Planet is the following stipulation by Australian sperm clinics; Donors must be aged between 21-45 years, in good health and without certain hereditary conditions and predispositions.
Does this mean Aspergers syndrome would fall under "hereditary conditions/predispositions" that if disclosed would prohibit donations from that person?
Can doctors at sperm clinics subpoena/request diagnosis that is witheld? opens up a can of worms and what constitutes good genes in the NT world?
