If she broke the law then she should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law, she could however trade testimony for immunity possibly if she's will to tell the truth but I am pretty sure she's going to fall on the sword for Obama.

IMHO they both are probably guilty but will after a lot of yelling and screaming get away with it. Trump or his aids probably were unduly influenced or had a deal with the ex KGB man. Trump prides himself as a deal maker so why would he not have a pre-arranged deal with Putin? The Obama administration probably did surveil the Trump campaign or Trump himself. Obama increased the security state and they believe Trump is an existential threat, the next Hitler so why would they not try and stop Trump "by any means necessary"?

The old cliche if there is smoke there must be fire applies here. There is a lot of smoke the question is there "smoking guns". I doubt it. These people have good lawyers. There is no executive order from Obama saying surveil the Trump campaign in some vault somewhere. There is no documents or emails saying in exchange for helping your business and not revealing your pee parties we agreed to let me get back the old Soviet Union and part of Syria. The next four years to eight years will be a continuation of what we have, a lot of revelations suggestive of illegality and treason. Four to eight years? Who am I kidding, this will be going on long after both men are dead.
