I've been getting email the past few days from Bernie Sanders regarding a plan he is about to introduce in the Senate, to expand Medicare for everyone, and not just the elderly and disabled. Why now? Congress should have done that 52 years ago, thereby avoiding the mess we have as a healthcare system right now. Before anyone starts bitching, paying $33.00 per month for both Novolin-R and Levemir is a heluva sight better then shelling out almost $3k per month retail for both of these forms of insulin (since there is no generic for these meds). Shelling out $15.00 per month for atenolol, metformin, losartan/hydrochlorothiazide, syringes, and pen needles, is a lot better than paying retail for this stuff. I'm still not too fond of paying out the 20% Medicare doesn't pay, but that's better than having an employer telling you to f!ck yourself when you get sick. Besides, that's one less benefit the employer has to pay out for employees, since FICA taxes include Payment for Medicare. Let's see how badly Congress f!cks this up.

Aww f**k. Knowing Trump, he's gonna f**k this up so bad no one will even think of trying to reform America's healthcare system afterward. :x

Unfortunately, as sound and as wonderful as Bernie's plan is, I fear it'll never get off the f*cking ground.

I think if Trump and his new Republican friends could lower the speed limit nationwide, they'd call it health care that saves lives.

BOcare was signed into existence with a pen, and you commit acts of war, without approval. What's the holdup.

We're not going to need any kind of healthcare, if the most exhaled kindly leader, after today's actions, decides to go nuclear.

A crony capitalist would make the radiation treatments, into a state monopoly.
