^ I'd never heard of "Allahu Akbar" meaning "My God is greater than your God (or government)" before so I had to look it up.

They're equal. People with Root's agenda are a danger to those who are on their hit list. Just as people with this shooter's agenda are a danger to who's on their hit list. And this case it's white people who are in danger.
