Instead of actually assisting the people of Puerto Rico Trump chooses to kick the democratic leadership when they are down (a common pattern emerging)

At Least George Bush Jnr did his best impersonation of a concerned leader after hurricane Katrina. Trump doesn't bother

To make matters worse he has been playing golf in a luxury resort while sending these tweets to people (who are Americans) suffering without food, running water or electricity.

Maybe if Puerto Rico collectively bent the knee to the national anthem, Trump would pay more attention to them.

He's behaving like an old testament god. If the people lament loudly enough and praise "Trump the almighty" he might skip the buffet dinner and actually mobilise the troops to helicopter food stuff in.

Currently each family have to survive on 4 bottles of drinking water for 3 days at a time

^ mainly. most speak spanish, though doubt i'd be able to understand them well.

some men should simply learn to talk less and act more. it's like he makes a fool of himself every single time he says something, at least, in the eyes of some.

i wonder what a hermit president would be like.

Echoes of Hurricane Katrina where the victims were mostly black and it took days before anybody sent help. In this case Trump is also rubbing salt into the wounds of the hispanic victims by calling their leadership weak thereby passing the blame for inaction.

Not just that, but Trump has also tweeted that the Puerto Rican people want to government to do everything for them. Or in other words, he's just repeated the stereotype of Latinos being lazy and dependant of government. Funny, he never said such a thing when Texas was recently needing help.

I'm sure that's a big part of it.

It seems to be one policy that Trump has actually managed to show some consistency in.

One wonders if the voters are keeping tabs of these (almost daily) transgressions when the next election comes by.
