Does anyone understand what this new Internet regulation coming from the EU means exactly? From what I understand people will be required to pay a tax to link to anything. Its being called censorship I barely understand it, it seems more and more we are losing our freedoms.

Which "Article 13" are you referring to? A quick Google search turned up many different "Article 13s". Please provide a link to the correct one.

The regulation has only been proposed. It is not yet law.

I have signed a petition, I am not sure if it will apply to the UK with us leaving.
