I can not see this standing up in court.
The LA Times is against this
Enough already. Not all criticism of Israel is anti-Semitism.
But this proposal would blur the distinction between unacceptable, intimidating expressions of intolerance directed against Jews with criticism of the state of Israel. The latter, even when expressed in intemperate terms, is protected by the 1st Amendment.
If you are a Zionist you should want this to go away because you do not want Zionists to have the same censorious snowflake reputation that feminists have.

Couldn't view the LA Times article, because of issues arising from the EU GDPR situation.
The Kulinski clip raised an important point though. Are proponents of a one state solution really to be regarded as 'antisemitic', on the grounds that such an outcome would inevitably dilute the 'Jewish' character of such a state?
