Believe me, this sudden turn of events in North Korea, after all these years of stunning vitriol, is surprising. How is it their regime suddenly turned on a dime is a mystery. Nevertheless, the world watches and waits with caution: do they mean to really join the rest of the world or is this some kind of trick? Only time will tell.
