Another possibility is Grand Theft, Auto. Unless the vehicle belonged to the driver's parents, it is unlikely that he would be the owner of the vehicle at age 14. Throw in Simple Assault and/or Assault With A Deadly Weapon, and that kid won't be seeing the light of day for at least another 4 years.

I hope they trace the guy in the Lincoln who pointed a gun at them and subsequently didn't stop after the teen caused the accident. It's a crazy overreaction for some psycho to pull out a gun and chase them. Eggs can't do any harm to a car.

He was thus the trigger that caused the teen to panic, thus things spiralled out of hand and an innocent single mother died as a result.

ALLEGEDLY pointed a gun.

AFAIK, We have only the 14-year old driver's testimony that a gun was pointed. He may have said there was a gun merely to mitigate his own stupidity and reckless disregard for human life.

They have. So far only identified as a Hispanic male in his late 20's who is cooperating with investigators.

Might come down to his word against theirs.

But really eggs and guns aside, a vehicle ran a red light and t-boned another vehicle causing a death. Which unfortunately happens a lot. Usually it's called involuntary manslaughter.

So one life is ended, one life is ruined, one possibly innocent life will be damaged by suspicion, all because of foolishness/selfishness/ dangerous immaturity.
