Wrong!! ! Wikileaks is CROWD FUNDED.

Which is all very well how they are funded. But the two issues that concern me are;
1. Wikileaks can't guarantee what what they release is either misleading or fraudulent. popularized conspiracies about the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton, such as tweeting an article which suggested Clinton campaign chairperson John Podesta engaged in satanic rituals (which was later revealed to be false), implying that the Democratic Party had Seth Rich killed, suggesting that Clinton wore earpieces to debates and interviews, claiming that Hillary Clinton wanted to drone strike Assange, promoting conspiracy theories about Clinton's health, and promoting a conspiracy theory from a Donald Trump–related Internet community tying the Clinton campaign to child kidnapper Laura Silsby.

Assange is partly responsible for Trump's election victory, their twitter account was in direct contact with Trump Jnr prior to the 2016 election

2. Wikileaks does a data dump which is published to the public. But they decide what gets published and the rest kept in secure encrypted database. Either way the information they release is potentially usable by terrorist organisations or the stuff they hide is potentially for sale

I don't think wiki leaks said Posta did satanic rituals, they just leaked his emails. But if you want to get on that subject, him and his brother have a statue of a Jeffery dommer victim hanging in one of their rooms. It was featured in a magazine. So wouldn't you find it quite odd to see the beauty in a body arched over backwards with no head, a statue modeled after one of Jeffery dommer's victims?

And they were supposed to have had a picture of cannibals eating a body. What it actually was was a painting of either an early day medical procedure, or an autopsy. Just a couple guys in clothing from centuries ago, and holding knives, standing around a body on a table. I believe it was Rembrandt who had also done such a painting. Was Rembrandt a cannibal murderer?
What evidence is there that anyone has a statue of a Dahmer victim? Are there any pictures of it? And if so, is there possibly another explanation of what it is, like that painting of the old time doctors?

Talking about ABC especially..

The Australian broadcasting commission has been a target for the conservative coalition for a number of years. Previous and current governments have tried to skew the media content broadcasted by appointing ABC chairmans that were right leaning (although that didn't work out with Michelle Guthrie).

BTW the national broadcaster has it's biggest support base in rural Australia among the most conservative National party voters which makes the ABC hardly what I would call biased.

Probably enough evidence for Trump type conspiracy theorists. Like Obama's middle name is "Hussein" so therefore he's a secret muslim born in Kenya. You really can't fault such logic

So you're laughing about a journalist who has committed no crime and who is being wronged under International Law, being dragged out by police? Don't cry about asylum seekers not being allowed in the US anymore. Assange was given asylum by Ecuador but their US b**ch President had him arrested. You are basically laughing and cheering on fascists.

It's just war mongering and propaganda trash TV. Just like CNN, BBC, FOX. All trash. Assange Is a real journalist and we've seen what happens to real journalists now.

That he didn't commit any crime is a matter of opinion. Plus, his hosts threw him out for everything from riding his skateboard down the hallways, to letting his cat sh*t everywhere, to even wiping sh*t on the walls.

No It's a matter of fact. The UN ruled in his favour. Obama before he was elected said whistleblowers needed to be protected but then the spineless rat locked up more than anyone. It's what the Nazis would have done. Yeah sounds like B.S. That's not the reason he was chucked out anyway and it's embarrassing to say it is. Literally wherever you get your information from is a joke. He has been persecuted for publishing details that show the US is acting like a Nazi state.

You have to admit, he's never going to be released from jail for all the state secrets he leaked.

How quick you are to believe every bad rumour, every piece of malicious gossip about Assange, while ignoring all evidence to the contrary.
If you stopped to consider for just two seconds, you would realise how little say the embassy janitor would have in such decisions.

Therefore the "He smeared s**t" story, makes no sense at all.
It's a piece of propaganda designed to appeal emotionally to people who don't understand how embassies are administered.

The decision to evict Assange would have been outside the scope of even the most senior ambassador in London, it would have required approval from the foreign office in Ecuador and, more likely, the president personally.

Do you really need me to explain to you, how little the foreign office would care about the woes of some remote janitor in their overseas embassy?
Even less than they cared about the newspaper editor they gave sanctuary to and then betrayed.

The story is so carefully crafted to elicit feelings of disgust, it's about as real as those non-existent babies the IRG were throwing out of the non-existent incubators.

So other newspapers that did the same will have their staff locked up too?

If America was a Nazi state, Assange would be dead by now.
If he didn't commit crime, then let him be found innocent in court.
Sure, Assange started out as a whistle blower, but ended up becoming a recipient of Russia who gave him his marching orders. Why hasn't Wikileaks released any of Russia's many crimes?
