I don't doubt other countries are often interested in influencing elections. I suppose many such plots may be real because different countries have different interests. The efforts may be clumsy and easy to spot or sophisticated and impossible to prove but it's just business, you do what pays, influencing a foreign power pays a lot.

Gregory Craig, who was White House counsel under President Barack Obama, was indicted Thursday on charges of lying and hiding information related to his work for Ukraine.

Craig, a 74-year-old lawyer based in Washington, D.C., was charged by the Justice Department’s Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA, unit. Craig faces up to five years in prison for each of the two counts.

This is a political coup no matter what anyone thinks about it. There's too much deadlock in international negotiations for anyone to focus on domestic issues of any kind, anywhere. Kim Jong Un & Rodrigo Duterte have just as much influence over Trump as Putin. Psychotic shows of force are Trump's language, why else would he want wasteful military parades? Trump normalized so much partisan conflict that average voters have resorted to calling each other ret*d. I don't see a whole lot more respect from Republicans on here. As far as I can see, they hate everything about me & I don't even claim any political alignment. Every effort I've made to level with conservatives here has been met with direct hostility & crazy accusations about me. Respect for anyone who isn't a white guy has been thrown out the window in favor of disgusting stereotypes based on extremists & Twitter addicts.

For crying out loud, STOP CRYING WOLF ABOUT FAKE NEWS & TWEETS. None of that s**t matters & you know it. If you're interested in the truth, HACK YOUR GOVERNMENT, there are plenty of answers on plenty of servers.
