Y'know ... there's gotta a reason the Midwest has had the nickname of "Tornado Alley" for over a century ...

This sort of thing happens EVERY YEAR....no proof of Global Warming or Climate Change.

In the Midwest and Great Plains, it's called SPRING.

Probably the worst set of tornados in my lifetime was the one that occurred in Xenia, Ohio, in 1974.

Lots of great song writers came out of Tornado Alley. Leiber and Stoller, Carol King, Neil Diamond...oh, s**t, I'm thinking of Tin Pan Alley. Nether mind.

Been an easy season so far compared to the MO Ozarks.
They’ve had several small ones, one tore up the Lucas speedway and tossed some campers around then hit a small town.Luckily just property damage.Two people were in a shed with a sick calf and it picked the shed up and tossed it but they all survived.
One hit my neighborhood a few years back and tore up the new Buddhist temple and destroyed the post office but no casualties.
It started on the mountain across from me,it all got eerily quiet and then you could hear it coming.I just crouched down in the kitchen and prepared for lift off.
