If anyone remembers 5 years ago the sordid story of raunchy sex and murder that was the trial of Jodi Arias,who was convicted of killing Travis Alexander in his Mesa Arizona home in 2008.

The Arizona appeals court agreed to consider how numerous allegations of misconduct against Maricopa county prosecutor Juan Martinez could overturn Arias's conviction.

Aparently she is just going to get retried. Its not like she getting out of jail free.

I'm sure she will be convicted,they had a load of evidence against her.Her only defense was self defense and self defense is less than believable when you stab someone 36 times.

Jodi Arias is never getting out of jail,she almost got the death penalty but she told the jury at her sentencing that she wanted life in prison so she could help people.

Well, she likes attention. I'll bet it was a very expensive trial the first time around.
