The woman gave victim impact statements at the Knopes' hearings.

Terry Knope was sentenced in federal court Thursday; Raylaine Knope, in mid-October. The sentences will be served in federal prison, concurrently with the state sentences.

The woman was able to give a victim impact statement which means she must be reasonably functional. Not sure how a functional 22 yr old woman ended up imprisoned in an outdoor cage and allowed herself to be abused?.

Any wonder women with intellectual disability are almost all at risk of abuse given their abusers are banking on them being unable to communicate their abuse.

Lets hope they get abused in prison and experience there own cruelty given back to them.

It would not bother me too much if these people went to the gallows tomorrow morning. Rehabilitation seems impossible in case like this.
