If it wasn't so cruel to the pigeons, I would be laughing about it.

Why didn't they just put a MAGA hat on the hindquarters of a dog named 'Trump' and teach the dog to walk backwards?

It would have been funny except for the adhesive.They could have used Karo syrup.People have been sticking bows on bald baby heads with it for years.It would have just washed off eventually.
