A pair of crooks have targeted supermarkets to steal only one item - precious toilet paper

One of the men has been captured (his tattoos indicate gang membership) the other is at large. This marks a historic landmark in human history - gangs specialising in toilet-paper theft

I have heard of the buy one for under ten bucks buy the second for a hundred or more dollars on several occasions.

Exactly.

Mr Whipple, of those "please don't squeeze the Charmin" ads in our childhoods.

Today it would be "please don't hoard the Charmin", or "please don't kill me, and just TAKE my Charmin".

Or an ammonia fence?

Thanks to the crises I now finally have time to clean my kitchen as thoroughly as mom would do. But thanks to the crises I cant find any supplies to do it with!
