Ah well.

Just read that he could be in serious trouble for sending Telsa stock prices crashing with his, 'Tesla stock price is too high imo' tweet.

Wouldn't be very pleasant walking around with metal in your brain?

Inspiring as an engineer, childish as a person? I know more people like that, some diagnosed, some not.
I can't assess his neurology but he's certainly not neurotypical.

The Tesla founder also shared a photo of the newborn already testing out social media filters from inside of the hospital. In a snap shared to his Twitter, Musk's son appears to be sleeping while an Instagram filter placed tattoos around his eyes and forehead.

He also responded to one Twitter follower who asked for the little one's name.

"X Æ A-12 Musk," he replied.

Definitely sounds like an Aspie. I remember that I wanted to name my first son's "Kazimier Casey".
That way he could go by his first name in Polish: "Kazimier"
His Polish: nickname "Kazio"
His middle name which is the Americanization of his first name "Casey"
Or by his initials "K. C."

I thought it was the perfect name. But my wife disagreed and I suspect that is why we only had girls.

Grimes is sharing the meaning behind her and Elon Musk's newborn son's name: X Æ A-12.

Later, Musk chimed in to note what many aviation experts likely already noticed. She had accidentally swapped the numbers of the SR-71 blackbird, calling it the “SR-17.”

I wonder if he'll set aside three hours per week to spend with his child, in addition to the three hours he's apportioned for his girlfriend, or whether that time will be combined.

He could call it the F-180. (Family = 180 minutes).

A few years ago there was a rock band called "SR 71". But after like one hit their career seems to have fizzled. They probably saw themselves as being the successors to the Irish band U2. So they took the name of the spy plane that was designed to be... the successor to the plane that U2 was named after!

I also didn't know who he was. I first became aware of him when I learnt Grimes was dating him, that's when I looked him up.

Musk frequently acts crazy and gets away with it because he's rich and powerful. I would never suspect him of being on the spectrum.

Nikola Tesla, after whom the auto company is named, was probably on the spectrum. He got away with it because he was brilliant and rich.

I find it interesting to compare Tesla and Thomas Edison (a well-known American inventor) to contrast their diametrically opposed approaches to inventing and promoting new technology.
