Actress Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli agreed today to plead guilty to conspiracy charges in the nations college admissions scandal after maintaining innocence for more than a year.
The celebrity couple will each plead to one count of wire fraud and mail fraud as part of agreement with federal prosecutors.
They were accused of bribing $500,000 to the mastermind of the admissions scandal,Rick Singer.
They will become the 33rd and 34th defendants to plead guilty in the varsity blues scandal that included actress Felicity Huffman.
Loughlin,55,former star of Full House will serve two months in prison and pay a $150,000 fine,her husband will serve five months in prison,they will both have probation and community service.
