I am concerned, however, that a man wearing such shoes may be leaving himself wide open to litigation for false advertising.

I was worried only my mind went straight to the gutter, I'm relieved to be in such good company
Maybe the shoes should be compulsory for those who repeatedly violate social distancing rules, that would also cover the public shaming angle so popular these days
