Justin Bieber is speaking out after being accused of sexual assault.On saturday,june 20th,a woman names Danielle who declined to give a last name for privacy reasons,has alleged Justin Bieber sexually assaulted her o n march,9th 2014.

In a tweet she wrote:I'm posting this anonymously because I'm not ready to come forward and reveal myself,if he comes across this,you know who I am and you know I remember you,I hope your life is hell and filled with guilt.End of quote.

E,news reached out to the woman but received no response.

On sunday Bieber responded to the allegation:Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse I don't take lightly,I wanted to speak out right away but out of respect for victims I wanted to gather all the facts before making a statement.end of quote.

Bieber showed photo's with then GF Selena Gomez trying to show he was not where is was accused of being by the accuser on on the 9th of march 2014.

I had not realized Justin Bieber actually went through puberty and possesed the requisite intent form a scheme to sexually assault someone,I never realized Justin Bieber knew what sex was.

An anonymous woman claims Beiber assaulted her, yet provides no evidence that such an assault took place.  The "Fear of Ridicule" days are over -- all she has to do is come forward honestly, present her evidence, and Beiber gets a fair Trial by Media, just like every other male celebrity accused of sexual assault.

I never knew a 6 year old would rape someone,I must be getting old if Justin Bieber is able to form requisite intent to commit a felony.

Just did a web search to check his age (thinking: surely he can’t have been old enough to be capable of doing that act... )

Apparently he’s 26(!) this year.

So the alleged assault allegedly took place when Beiber was allegedly 20 years old.

I was joking,making fun of Bieber,I was aware when I posted that Bieber was likely around 20ish or so.But when I think of Bieber I imagine him in a play pen drinking apple juice from a sippy cup.

I don't think I've heard any of his music either. I'm quite proud of that.

I don't see a case really,Bieber has photo's that supposedly show him not in the area of the rape on march 9th 2014(which was also my brother Matt's 49 birthday,he was born 3-9-1965)with Selena Gomez,who I would guess would alibi Bieber in court.

I doubt he would show the photo's if he wasn't 100% sure the would exculpate him because photos can be as easily used against someone if your not careful of the photo's used.I'm sure he consulted an attorney before releasing photo's that can be used in court against him.I would be fairly sure these photo's are exculpatory.

Plus Bieber is only 6 years old so he would go juvinile jail anyway just joking

I've likely heard it on the radio but wouldn't recognize it.

Theres always dirt out there about celebs , lots of sexual harrassment in wrestling biz currently (then again its prolly always been like this in wrestling) Jim Cornette and wife accused of grooming......sad

With the acception of obvious ones like Weinstein and Epstein,we will never know who is really guilty,likely 100 celebrities have been accused most with no consequence.

I saw the Jeffrey Epstein mini series on netflix,it's highly recomendable and the portrail of Ghislaine Maxwell was just creepy and haunting.That a woman could procure so many other women to be victims of such vicious assaults is shocking.

From the mini series I would feel Epstein's death was a suicide,he killed himself shortly after being denied bail and knowing he would likely die in prison at that point.

All snide comments and editorializing aside, is there any material evidence to indicate the charges may be true?

Y'know ... video recordings of the alleged event, a forensic "rape-kit", et cetera.

Something much more definitive than "he said / she said".

From the necn.com article,there is nothing but accusation at this time and Bieber appears to have exculpatory evidence.That's what we know now,time can change things for sure though.
