DA claims that Elijah McClain died of his own accord!

This crazy District Attorney there in Aurora had the nerve to announce on CNN that the cops had nothing to do with the death of Elijah McClain, that he died of his own accord. The host there Cuomo was shocked.

He falsely stated the law as to causality for a homicide-related crime. No, one does not have to be found 100% the cause.

He also got the law wrong as to the arrest without probable cause.

This is the very worst corruption. This crazy DA is called Dave Young. As long as people like that are in power...

Dorner's status as a folk hero has certainly been enhanced recently, thanks to the likes of that crazy District Attorney there.

He's been gone more than 7 years, and no one except you and I (and some disaffected nut-cases) seem to remember -- and I would not have remembered at all had you not returned.

On June 24, 2020, after a social media outcry and Aurora lawmakers' requests for a new, third-party investigation into McClain's death, Colorado Governor Jared Polis announced his administration would reexamine the case.

That Young character was on the Chris Cuomo show. He even claimed that there were no injuries. Cuomo was in shock. Young kept going on about how it was reasonable for the cops to believe Mr McClain to be a homicidal maniac with no evidence of such, What the hell? Has William Lewinski's insanity brainwashed this jerk as well?

William Lewinski is this charlatan who testifies in these cases and trains cops. He claims that everyone is out to kill the cops.The cops must act as if anyone and everyone is an imminent threat. He also invented this idea of convenient mental lapses to explain video contradictions. He is the worst fraud, so bad that some jurisdictions actually ban his testimony. This sort of person gives "expert witnesses" a bad name.
