Apparently he would need the backing of Congress, but it seems nothing would please Trump better than postponing the US presidential election, as he thinks online voting will be subject to voter fraud. That's nonsense because people such as illegal immigrants generally don't even have the resources to vote online. He seems to be diverting attention from his weaknesses and from his poor polling figures.

Such a move to delay an election hasn't been successful even during the Civil War and the World Wars.

I have to wonder if he believes that "Voter Fraud" includes people voting against him.

Objectively, I feel like Trump’s INTENTIONS and ACTIONS are probably among the least democratic of all US Presidents.

I doubt he'll even make it across the Potomac without getting lost.

I think he's better at plotting new golf courses. Whether he can do that on uncharted territory, time will tell...

Rosevelt surely wins that title. Non democratic does not mean bad. Democracy is not that great but better than anything else. A benevolent. Smart despot would do a better job every time but you end up with a system that will find the next king that is a complet and utter twit.

I was thinking about mentioning Roosevelt. Winning 4 consecutive terms as president (died right at the start of the 4th term), Supreme court packing, probably some other stuff that I can't remember.

Trump thinks of himself more as a king or a dictator, so yes.

He probably is (with some competition), but he's definitely the one who's the most transparent and loud about it.

Trump lives in a fantasy world of his own creation, so it's another reason.

That's why US presidents are limited to two terms now.

Trump can't break the two consecutive terms rule if his first term never ends :P :(

Makes sense, as his best buds are all authoritarian strongmen.
