No, he isn't. Sorry we're all ganging up on your idols and your backwards racist ideology, but as "shortfatbalduglyman" eloquently put it, economic determinism has been well established as a major factor in whether or not someone in the modern United States can ever lift themselves out of poverty, even whether or not they receive adequate education and healthcare. Garbagemen work a lot harder than trust funders [truthfully, only the garbagemen actually work], but they likely won't ever have worry about the capital gains tax. To say nothing of all of the well-documented evidence that certain social groups, particularly women and people of color, are passed up by banks for loans and by jobs for promotions far more often than their anglo-saxon and/or male contemporaries. This is not my opinion, it is historically supported by reams of evidence, and remains the biggest barrier that minorities and women must conquer on top of every other facet which makes upward momentum difficult in the business world for those who are not born at the top of the socioeconomic ladder. This is why affirmative action is important. Social bias exists in every realm of society from science to sports. Just because others want to be treated equally to white males, does not mean that they want the rights of white males to be infringed upon.
Kushner was born into a wealthy family, and though he has failed miserably in most of his business ventures, time and time again, bankruptcy protection laws [and Russian oligarchs] bailed him out of his failures just like his father in law. When someone near poverty, or even in the middle class, fails at business and cannot pay back their loans, they lose their assets [usually even their privately owned assets] and are unable to remain a businessperson, or sometimes even a homeowner. Not to mention that hard work is NEVER a guarantee of "success". Have you ever seen a monk driving a mercedes benz...? It's not beyond the realm of possibility that just like his father, Kushy will end up doing time in prison for the laws we already know he has broken. I could go on, but logic obviously doesn't work on modern American conservatives. You can lead a person to reason, but you can't make them think.
