As a show of support for Michelle, a transgendered lesbian 8th grader that was bullied/beaten at her middle school.

I was there on my motorcycle - one of about 10 bikes. Tons off off road 4x4 Jeeps and trucks there. Different crowd than you’d expect to see at a Pride Parade - which made it all that much better, IMO.

I snapped some pics of the crowd of vehicles & someone waiving a trans flag on top of a SUV, but here’s a video from one of our news stations:

In between shitposting trump memes for the lolz I shared it to the BC Whiskey Wizards (which got probably 20 vehicles out) and one of the Admins shares it to the Four Wheel Drive Association of B.C. (which may have gotten dozens of those jJeps and trucks out!), and also to .604 motorcycle, Bike Life Vancouver, Cars & Coffee Vancouver etc. Others shared it everywhere - to every car/truck/motorcycle club. To radio stations and news media, labour unions etc.

It was a fantastic turnout! A nice display to show people like Michelle that REAL tough guys have their back, and to her bullies that REAL tough guys will put them in their place. So cool to see THAT crowd out vs the stereotypical attendees of a downtown Pride Parade.

Amen, brother.

So how is Michelle doing?

Well enough afaik from the news video filmed that day - nice to know the show of support made an impact on her.

Her uncle is in the B.C. Whiskey Wizards group and contacted me to thank me for all the shares and support. We’re fb friends now. I’m sure if there are any real needs myself and the rest of the Wizards will hear about it

It’s already exceeded their goal, but being trans is Very Expensive if one decides to fully transition, so I’m still sharing it on Facebook groups etc because I’m sure any further donations are still appreciated.
