This place is about a 30min drive from where I live. As some experts in the article bluntly state in their own words, you’ve got to be Fing kidding me.. must be a special kind of stupid to Not think a little extracurricular spy-y-spy-spying isn’t going on. 
All of this for a lousy couple Million bucks in tuition fees. Morons! Heads should roll - and of course this practice should be stopped. There’s Zero reason China can’t train their own damned cops & even less of a reason we should train them in our techniques!
