Should I move the US for filmmaking if it's lighter on covid

It's almost impossible to shoot movies where I live Canada, because of the covid problem, and there doesn't seem to be much of a light at the end of the tunnel. But I was advised by others to go to the US to shoot it as some states of lifted restrictions, if that's true?
