The altercation ensued after the Uber driver asked Kimiai to put on a mask while in the vehicle, according to the San Francisco Police Department. She refused and he pulled over into a gas station and asked her to leave his car. A video posted by Kimiai shows her refusing to get out of the Uber at a gas station after the driver canceled the trip. Kimiai can then be seen coughing on the driver, grabbing his phone, ripping off the driver's mask, and berating him. [The women eventually got out of the car, but they weren’t done with Subhakar. One of the women reached through an open window and sprayed pepper spray in the car towards the driver.]

King was arrested in Las Vegas Thursday on charges of assault with a caustic chemical, assault and battery, conspiracy, and violation of health and safety code.

Apparently this is not the first time Arna Kimiai has disregarded the safety of others.

She posted a video on her Instagram last summer of her driving a luxury sports car 122 miles per hour with one hand while recording her high-speed antics with the other. The video shows her speeding in the McLaren while rapping along to music on June 26 in Los Angeles.

She is also being sued over a 2019 car crash in which she is alleged to serious injure another driver.

According to SFist, photos from King’s active Instagram show her posing without a mask in a number of airports across the country in recent months.

To defend her actions Arna Kimiai posted a topless video on Instagram. ‘Cause if he would have played with me, bruh, it would’ve been a whole different story,’ Arna Kimiai said in the video. She announced her intentions to sue the Uber driver.

Bet she has a tough time catching another Uber!

No way could I be an Uber driver. I'd be on trial for murder in no time.

Both Uber and Lyft have banned her.

I thought these things never happened on the West Coast.

She deserves a jail cell for going 122 mph, period.

She has to follow the rules of the Uber driver. She was being ridiculous. She assaulted the Uber driver, and should be charged with that, too.

She’s a danger to herself and others, and is seeking publicity.

There is also a video of her accosting an Asian Uber driver in Hawaii. This video is less clear. But if true there is a pattern.

The car she was speeding in was a rental. I wonder if she damaged the car. Some cars are meant for speed, others less so.

Kimiai faces up to 16 years in prison along with $3,000 in fines.

Kimiai can be seen in a video deliberately coughing on driver Subhakar Khadka, while laughing and yelling racial slurs. At one point, she grabs the mask off Khadka’s face and attempts to grab his phone off the dashboard. Police also noted that Kimiai sprayed what they believe to be pepper spray in Khadka’s car before leaving.
