I would imagine if you looked at the entire term that President Trump was in office
the dates he used for all sorts of things likely had a pattern to it

Additionally, 6983776800 just so happens to be divisible by any integer from 1 to 22.

They can't violently interrupt the ceremonial vote confirming the results except for on the day that vote occurs. It's not due to numerology, it's because that was the day the event they wanted to interfere with was scheduled.
