‘Absolute silence’ from the left as major emitters fail to sign net zero by 2050

Liberal MP Ted O’Brien says there is “absolute silence” from the left as major emitters fail to sign up to a net zero by 2050 target.

“Lo and behold, communist China and Russia have decided not to sign up to 2050 net zero,” Mr O’Brien told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“And where is the left in Australia? Where are those lions roaring against our own Prime Minister?

“Where are they now? Silent.”
