Tons of respect to the citizens there speaking out, and not buying the excuses for the invasion.

Putin wasn't able to come up with as good a lie as the weapons of mass destruction.

But they didn’t arrest over 700 people I recall.

Only dictatorships do that.

Putin revealed himself to be a paranoid little prick who IMO,
wants nothing more than bring Ukraine to its knees by calling it a "fake country."

The people of Ukraine did nothing wrong to cause this war to happen.

I believe recently they did push the narrative that NATO may bring nukes back into Ukraine.

Let's all be glad President Biden got US troops withdrawn from Afghanistan.

Yes, but we're still occupying a third of Syria, and funding Saudi Arabia while they commit a genocide in Yemen.

So this is another reason not to send troops to Ukraine. Russians themselves may force Putin to check his territorial ambitions. The average Russian wants to be a good global citizen as well.

I think it's a misconception that Putin has any territorial ambitions. Influence, sure.

He wants to attain, at least, the borders of the USSR—plus the USSR’s sphere of influence as of the 1980s.

He believes Ukrainians are part of the “All Russias” entity.
