Australian's women's biggest basketball star Liz Cambage is in serious hot water.

Cambage (who is half Nigerian herself) has been reported by Nigerian female basketballers calling them monkeys and telling them go back to their third world country. The problem is that Cambage has been at loggerheads with Australian sport for years over diversity and representation and called out racism in sport.

She has quickly resigned from Australian basketball but I am now wondering whether her million dollar contract with US basketball will be under review as I find it hard to believe her African-American basketball teamates will tolerate her presence?

So far no. But Australian basketballer Andrew Bogut (retired Golden State Warriors player) is certainly making Cambage's team the Los Angeles Sparks know about it on social media. Cambage is actually quite famous in the WNBA as the highest goal scorer in a single match (53 points).

Cambage has defended her outburst as it turns out she was assaulted while on the bench by the player she threw the insults at.

I think the problem is that her words bely what's in her heart and it might be she's not as woke as she likes to portray
