Biological or a father figure? Those women went there for fertility treatment, so they wanted children for sure, whether they had a man to raise those children with is a separate matter.

Potential parents spend a lot of time screening their donors, looking for traits that will fit in with their family. Plus, if the donor is someone other than identified (as in this case), there is a chance siblings could date by mistake.
