Brett Farve again demonstrates how wealthy conservative elites see the poor and needy as less than human:

Saying this just from memory, but he didn't know the 1.5m speaker fee came from welfare funds, and I think he's offered to pay it back.
The sports complex really is all around frustrating; Mississippi is the worst.

Sure, I'll give him credit for that. But he was still willing to abscond with funds slated for hungry and needy people in order to get his ego-project built.

Mississippi: Come here and feel better about your own state.

Normally, I'd say this sort of thing is just par for the course for stadium deals, which are almost always a ripoff of the taxpayers, but this does sound particularly egregious, and it sure looks like Favre was aware of the shadiness, or at least the terrible optics.

But a state civil lawsuit reveals that Favre was intimately aware of the misuse of state funds, and even enlisted Bryant's help.
The MDHS agreed in 2017 to help Favre fund the volleyball facility, even structuring the deal to circumvent regulations that prevent TANF funds from being used toward construction. But the MDHS funds were not enough: In July 2019, Bryant texted New, "Just left Brett Favre…Can we help him with his project." Favre's $1.1 million payment for speaking fees was actually intended to finance the project as well, in exchange for ads for the state welfare agency. In a text to New, Favre offered, "I could record a few radio spots…and whatever compensation could go to USM." He also worried, "If you were to pay me is there anyway the media can find out where it came from and how much?"

According to NBC news Favre is not under law enforcement scrutiny and he paid back the money.
It seems clear the crux of the OP is that conservative elites see the poor and needy as less than human. As if there aren't millions of elites who aren't conservatives who don't give two cents for the poor and needy. I think claiming conservatives seeing the poor and needy as less than human, sounds a little too much like Nazis saw Jews and Gipsies etc as less than human.
It's so blatantly obvious that the left is on a major propaganda campaign to portray the right as Nazis. I'm not blaming you personally for that. You're just someone who's being influenced by the propaganda.

As Brett Farve and the ex governor of Mississippi are to the right, I was specifically discussing right wing elitists. Sure, there are liberal elitists who could care less about the poor, but they aren't the subject of a scheme to take food from the mouths of poor people and kick them out of their homes.
And yes, Farve paid the sum back, but only because he had to.

Since there are liberal elitists who couldn't care less about the poor, what does Favre's political affiliation have to do with what happened?

Stealing welfare funds meant for the survival for the poor is especially egregious, and is normally seen particularly on the right. If there are any on the left who have done this, then inform me.

It's normally seen particularly on the right according to what? Sources that demonize the right?

Again, supply me with instances of the left callously stealing from a fund meant for the poor.

I've heard they were accused of it, but has it been proven? On top of that, we're not talking about donations but government money meant to go to desperately poor people. If leaders in BLM are guilty of what they are accused of, then they should face the consequences. What sets the far right apart from the left in this matter is how they call people on Welfare leaches and eaters, and that they aren't worthy of life for being in need. Please don't try telling me no one on the right doesn't think that, or that it's the same on the left.

The fact is that most church goers are right-wing conservative "fundies", and they feed the poor across the county daily and provide outreach services such as the Salvation Army, Gospel Mission shelters, resources for women, mothers and children, overseas missionary work etc etc. As for selfish greedy elites, you already admitted ones on the left are no better than ones on the right. Shalomyah Bowers is no better than Brett Favre.
But you'd never in a million years post an article about Shalomyah Bowers would you?
