Accused Claims He Was Just Trying to Milk Goat

A man accused of having sex with a goat claims he was only trying to milk the goat.

With a milking apparatus that looked suspiciously like an erect penis. Attached to his pelvis. Inserted nowhere near the goat's udders.

So what?

Nobody got hurt.

Not the government's problem if he wants to screw his property, if it was someone else's goat the worst he should be charged wtih is defacement of private property.

Quite honestly, animals have no rights their owners don't give them.

Watching that video in this context, that alligator spank takes on a whole new shade of meaning.

I'm not viewing it as an animal cruelity issue. I view it as a person with dangerous abnormal psychology. That likely will be a much greater threat to humans in the future.

If it was his goat then I don't care at all. His property, his decison on it's use. Somebody else's goat = desturction of private property. Zoophilla doesn't mean a person is dangerous, just another fetish.

The problem is when a fetish reaches the point where a person will have non-consensual sex with one animal he will likely do the same with a human animal if given the opportunity.

This sounds like the scene in Freddy Got Fingered where Tom Green was doing something similar with a horse.

I see it purely as such. Indeed,
in the US, animals DO have a
right not to be mistreated. And
the law protects them.

Bestiality should be confined to
consensual acts.

This begs the question (and a bad ewe joke, but I'll pass on that).

How do you know?

well, from a strictly legal perspective, an animal does not have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract, and as such cannot give informed consent... ya gotta remember that the arguments in favor of bestiality given here are the same arguments given by child molesters to justify sex with children
