He's not even the first person in prison to run. Eugene Debs ran quite a few times.

If Joe Exotic wants to run for President, let him. There are always several third party candidates that go no where without anyone getting hurt.

A stock racer would appeal to rural White males and thus Earnhardt would steal some of the MAGA base.
