No Charges For Florida Man Who Fired 30 Rounds At Pool Cleaner Mistaken For Intruder

Definitely not enough guns yet because clearly the pool cleaner didn’t have one in each hand with which to return fire. Something like that.

Oh, and laws that let you blow anyone away who steps foot on your property because you’re a scared little boy are absolutely insane. Sometimes people are late, other times they’re making deliveries or have the wrong address or are looking for directions or some other completely innocent thing or another. Wtf.

What can I say? It's Florida. It gets worse as the years go on. I used to live in a residential neighborhood and we cut across backyards all the time. There were at least two disabled adults living in the area and they roamed throughout the neighborhood without problem. It was a friendly, workingclass neighborhood.

I can't imagine that it is safe anymore.

The ten thousandth reason I have for not moving to Florida.

And in Texas a woman is facing murder charges for killing an Uber driver because she thought she was being kidnapped. Florida is f****d. I bet in Florida the woman would have gotten away with it.
