It seems to me that names of jurors (grand or otherwise) should be kept confidential, except perhaps when there is good legal justification to subpoena the names. (And, even then, the names should be revealed only to lawyers and judges, who would still be required to keep the names confidential, except under very rare circumstances.) Naming jurors publicly exposes them to danger of retribution, it seems to me.
