Largely a win for justice, but It's the last bit that's a bit concerning:
Quote:
“As a high-ranking government official who exercises ultimate control over the conduct of this prosecution, the Special Counsel is no more entitled to protection from lawful public criticism than is the institution he represents,” the court wrote.
Criticism is one thing, but slander/libel is another. If trump says all sorts of outlandish things about Jack Smith that simply aren't true in attempts to get his cult members to do another stochastic terrorism against Jack Smith and/or his staff or family, he should face harsh consequences for it. Big difference between criticism and speech that he's intending to cause unhinged lunatics to attack someone over.
I bet we see further court hearings to decipher and differentiate between those types of stupid speech trump is surely to continue with. He's too big of a man-child to behave himself appropriately.
