He was an extraordinarily brave man. I didn't agree with all of his politics, but anyone prepared to stand up to the murderous Putin regime deserves at least our respect.

I wonder what the Russian government (especially Putin) considers "Natural Causes" when someone dies.

It may be safe to assume that the prison had only ground-floor accommodations -- no cellars or upper stories.

Biden administration to impose major sanctions to hold Russia accountable for Navalny's death

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby, who first revealed the new sanctions earlier Tuesday, said that the announcement is also in response to Russia's continued aggression in Ukraine, which began nearly two years ago. He stressed that one of the most powerful actions the U.S. can take to stand up to Russian President Vladimir Putin is for Congress to pass an emergency spending bill that would provide aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwa

I'm worried that if Trump is re-elected, he'll use the same tactics Putin does to silence his critics.

We could all share Navalny's fate if Biden doesn't win.

Even Putin only goes after critics who have an impact. You should be fine if you are just a regular person, even if you are a critic.

But even if Trump doesn't send his SS troopers to make an arrest, critics still could face violence at the hands of Trump cultists, who might never face justice for their devotion to their Dear Leader.
