Lorraine Gary and Richard Dreyfuss are the only major cast members left from the first film.

She was a part of pop culture history. Sad to see that there is not many left of the original cast, but it has been fifty years since it was filmed. I know that quite a few kids (and adults) in the 1970s were scared to go into the water due to that movie. The filming crew did not tell her that she was going to be pulled underwater during the “kill” scene, so the screams coming from her were real terror. (She thought that she might actually be drowned in the process.) Jaws started the summer blockbuster concept that continues even today. R.I.P.
