I see that they made a molecule out of two different metals under BEC conditions by transferring one electron.

It would be interesting if they could do that with two radioactive isotopes and have a more stable intermediate (i.e. longer half life of either isotope). That might not be a reachable goal as the radiation emitting from the decaying isotopes might break the BEC parameters before stability could be tested. The isotopes would have to have a moderate half-life or the BEC conditions could not be held long enough to do any testing. Something to ponder over...
