if you miss a payment, these self-repossessing cars would in the beginning make the a/c and windows stop working. eventually these new cars would lock the driver out and drive themselves to a tow yard.

these are interesting times.

So if you had to ho or come from like a Hospital Emergency , the car might drive itself away ? While you are in the Emergency Room? If you might be overdue on your payment .?

Hackers should love it.

No because I would buy the car with cash.
