Well, perhapse $500,000 bail is a bit rough, but to be fair this is quite serious, 911 is for EMERGENCY USE ONLY and the kid caused these resources to be diverted to an area where nothing was really happening, when in fact something very serious could have happened elsewhere and now SWAT is buissy with a fake call to deal with the real one. This kid should be punished indeed, at least with fausly reporting an emergency, but also probably for the actual hacking he did as well. The nation needs to work harder to secure their networks because forgen nations can do far worse if this kid can mess with it.
