Man gets prison after hundreds of thousands of spam e-mails

There is some small justice in the world :D

I wonder, will he have email access in prison? If he does, I would sincerely hope they disable his spam filter.

Sweet. I'm just sorry not to hear of any spambaiter making a fool of him somehow - 411eater.com is full of hilarious instances of spammers being persuaded to do silly stuff like carve a bust of a guy's head or re-enact the Dead Parrot Sketch for their intended victims, after all - as that would be even greater justice.

I've wondered what the spammers intend by wasting their time on creating junk. Maybe he'll get more light exposure in prison than he did while free.

Shouldn't this headline read "Man goes to prison for tax evasion?"

The spam thing is just the means to an end.

if he does have email in prison they should totally disable the spam filter just to see how he likes it. a bit of payback.
