Fla. man charged with stealing 42 cents

I guess this town must have solved all their murders and burglaries if the cops have time to persue cases like this one.

Apparently he was an illegal. He's going back home now.

Well I think they wanted to get him in jail for someother reason, so they used something smaller to get him in jail and then piled the other thing on top. Since it said in the article the he was continued to be held for another reason. Like how they got Al Capone on tax evasion and piled everything else on. Or like H H Holmes (America's first known serial killer) was caught because he owed alot of money and his debtors tracked him down with private eyes. Or even how cops pull you over for a broken tail light late at night when they really want to check if you have been drinking.

In reality they didn't care about the 42 cents, the tax evasion, or a broken tail light it is just a means to get close enough to you for something else.

What I am wondering about is how much has already been spent on paperwork and manpower to get this dangerous offender off the street :roll: :roll:
