YouTube ordered to hand over user details

I also think they do not want just anybody clipping broadcasts and then posting to YouTube. I think the company wants discretionary control over their own copyrighted property which includes clips of their own broadcasts being shown on YouTube. I know of one case personally where a broadcast was posted to YouTube in order to help promote a legal case for the person who clipped and posted the broadcast. These are the types of issues I think Viacom wants restricted.
