normally I do not care for sweets, but now and then I go on binges, perhaps this is why?

i've been munching away for years just to relieve stress, that's no mystery, everyone knows that candy helps with stress. what is a mystery is HOW DO YOU STOP and still keep the stress away?

though why i've almost completely gone off candy is because i got hypoglycemia or something, which makes me tolerate only a few pieces of candy before i start feeling sick. occasionally i can have real candy binges but mainly it's just not appealing anymore...

Is this why I get huge sugar cravings at work, but nowhere else?
